Ethnic Wear · Case Study
3× website conversion rate — and ROAS from 2.9 to 5.0 in the first month. The ads were bringing people in. The website was letting them go. We fixed both.

Label Neek is a women's ethnic wear label where timeless tradition meets everyday elegance — kurtas, kurta sets, sarees and dupattas in chikankari, block print and Ajrakh, made in pure, GI-tagged fabrics. A premium, craft-led product in one of the most crowded categories in Indian D2C.
Label Neek's ROAS had looked healthy for months — but the brand wasn't growing. Spend and revenue were inconsistent, and by early March ROAS had slipped to 2.9. Our audit found why:
That last number was the real problem. You can't scale ads into a website that converts 0.25% of its visitors.
Starting March 2026, the objective was to:
We fixed the website first. The site's funnel was performing well below benchmark, with visitors dropping off at every step — from product page to cart, cart to checkout, and checkout to purchase. We worked through the fixes with the founders:
Then we rebuilt the ads around a complete funnel. The account was structured to find new customers, warm up interested visitors and convert high-intent shoppers — with spend moving to whatever was converting at each stage.
And we tied it all to the brand's numbers. We built a month-by-month profitability plan with the founders, so every month had a clear spend, ROAS and revenue target. Creative leaned into Reels that show handcrafted detail up close — exactly what a shopper needs to see before buying premium ethnic wear online.

In the business:
Better ads bring the right people in. A better website turns them into customers. Label Neek needed both — and got both.
