About Command Ads
I've spent 8+ years scaling 50+ D2C brands. The biggest blocker I found wasn't the ads — it was that nobody was holding the ads accountable to the business.
Why this exists
Agencies are hired to drive revenue through ads, so that's what they optimise. But they do it in a silo. Media on one side, the actual economics of the business on the other, and no one connecting the two.
So revenue goes up while margin quietly goes down. Inventory gets committed against a spike that won't hold. A CAC gets signed off against an AOV that no longer exists. The dashboard stays green; the business gets more fragile.
For a funded brand that's an expensive mistake. For a bootstrapped founder, it's the business.
The long game
There is no 30-day game plan that produces a durable D2C business. No hack, no sprint, no playbook.
What actually produces one is unglamorous: understanding how the business really operates, and getting every part of it moving in sync — inventory, COGS, product costs, operations, fulfilment, retention, and marketing. Growth that compounds over years beats growth that spikes for a quarter, every time.
That's a harder promise to sell. It's the only one worth making.
Why we work this way
This only works when both sides want the same outcome and are around long enough to see it. Short engagements produce short thinking. Misaligned incentives produce vanity metrics.
Command Ads was founded to remove that mismatch — to build long-term partnerships where our growth is a function of the brand's growth, not the other way around.
A limited number of brands each month. We grow by going deeper, not wider.
No junior is learning the job on a founder's hard-earned money. The people running your account understand the business and are in it for the long game.
Every rupee is accountable to profit, not to a dashboard that flatters everyone.
Performance keeps you, not a contract.
I'm a business owner before I'm a marketer. I know what it takes to build a team, carry the costs and make decisions that don't pay off for months. I also know what's at stake when someone else is spending your money badly. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every account.

Our philosophy
We follow a system — grounded in financial clarity, connected data, and growth that doesn't collapse under pressure.
Marketing isn't just a creative function — it's a financial one. Every rupee must move the needle. We engineer profitable growth systems backed by numbers, not guesswork.
The problem isn't a lack of data — it's disconnection. We unify your marketing, product, and customer data into one clear picture, so you stop second-guessing and start deciding.
Anyone can manufacture a short-term spike. We build systems that sustain — adapting to market shifts while keeping profitability at the core. No hacks. No hype.
We're trying to be the one a founder keeps for years — because the business got healthier, not just louder. Start with a free, read-only audit of your ad account.
