Cherom is a luxury carpet brand offering handcrafted, high-end rugs rooted in Indian craftsmanship. While their parent company had an established offline presence, they sought to build digital as a revenue stream—a channel that had previously remained underutilised due to high average order values and low trust among first-time online buyers.



Before We Started

Cherom faced a classic premium product paradox:  

  • High AOV (₹20,000–₹1,00,000+) made customer acquisition difficult
